VALUES

We’re a values-driven organisation - our values are what set us apart from others and provide guidance for making decisions every day. The Doreen Foot & Ankle Clinic achieves our goals by consistently living our values. Any decision, problem or issue will be answered by referring to these values…

1

RESPECT

Integrity and intention really matter. A small thing to us may be the ONLY thing that matters to a client. We are always on time. We always do what we say we will do. We are generous with our time to help others. We take responsibility and don’t blame people. We always exceed expectations.

2

NURTURE

The capacity to over see the development of a plan, a person or behavior, that can impact the growth and actions of an individual. We understand that the path to health and wellbeing is rarely linear, we pride ourselves on clear and concise communication through all stages of the journey.

3

GROWTH MINDSET

We push boundaries and challenge convention. We see obstacles as the stepping stones to progress. We are always searching for ways to be innovative. Complacency is not our thing. We are adventurous, creative, and open-minded. We are nimble, flexible and easy going.

4

EMPOWER

The definition of empowerment is "to equip or supply someone with an ability". We seek to employ this in everything we do. Nothing gives us greater fulfillment when we enable people to achieve their goals or learn a new ability.
